Situated in the village of Glencarse, The Cottage is located 5 miles east of Perth and 13 miles west of Dundee.  The location is ideal for visiting either Perth or Dundee, or exploring further afield.  Edinburgh and Glasgow are 1 hours drive away, and Aberdeen 1½ hours.

The cottage comprises of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen/diner, and bathroom.  Bedroom 1 can either be a twin or a double, and bedroom 2 is a twin bedded room.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, and washing machine/dryer.

The bathroom has a bath and thermostatic shower.
